Remember the initial week will surely be the hardest when you stop smoking. During the first 48 hours after you quit, your body starts to go into detophyll as all the nicotine leaves your system. After that, you will experience mainly psychological cravings. These are easier to resist than physical cravings, though it can still be hard to do so.
Depending on your exact symptoms there are many supplements that may be able to help. Just remember that natural is better and stick to supplements that aren’t loaded with chemicals, which could make your situation even worse. An excellent herb to look for is Echinacea since it can help building up your immune system.
Put butter (or cooking oil) & garlic in small saucepan. Cook over low heat 3 to 5 minutes. Just before serving, whisk remaining ingredients; heat mixture briefly. Do not leave on heat because sauce will curdle.
